With Micro Jig's MATCHFIT Dado Stop you can easily set the shoulders of your cross dado for a perfect fit by using the actual part that fits into the dado, thus eliminating the need to measure or make test cuts. By following these set-up steps with your dado stop, you will achieve a perfect dado cut every time: set your blade kerf; set the shoulders of the cross dado with the material that will fit into it; lock the dado stop into position and make your cuts. Once you have cleared out the undesired material from the center, you will have a dado that fits perfectly with your material every time. NOTE: Designed for use with Micro Jig's MATCHFIT Dovetail Clamps, sold separately.
