This product is an open box/customer return. The packaging of this product has been damaged in shipping/open box. This product has been inspected and to VMTW's knowledge, these are the missing parts/hardware: (1x) T-25 Torx screwdriver (2x) mountain bracket hardware--see pictures/images for all included hardware. The product shows signs of wear/damage, the product fully functional with the replacement of parts; see pictures/images for details.
